Shipping Terms
- We do not charge handling fees.
- We need 1 - 2 business days to process the order. In some cases it can take longer such as Public Holidays.
- Once the order has been processed you should receive an e-mail notification with a tracking number. Once it's issued please see below the standard time frame for deliveries. Please note this can vary based on various factors.
- Deliveries around Christmas and New years can be delayed due to excessive load on the freight companies. Please allow ample time to place your order so it can delivered accordingly taking into account any delays that can occur.
Please note the delivery times are based on stock available in our Melbourne warehouse. If you have placed an order and we don't have the stock we will place the order with head office which will ship it out to us first and then to you. This process can take up to 7 - 10 days on top of the deliveries as shown in the table below.
