Return & Refund Policy

General:

Upon receiving your order, if you are not completely satisfied with your color choice, please contact customer service within 7 days for a return/refund or replacement. Shipping, freight, and service charges (if any) are NON-REFUNDABLE. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the LOT number on it.

In the case of approval, the returned items should be posted back to us. Phone: 0451 218 553. You will be responsible for shipping costs. 

Defects:

We provide a limited warranty for production defects according to technical characteristics mentioned in the actual product bulletin. We replace items only if they are defective or damaged during transportation.

Our return policy in case of warranty incident lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if thirty days have gone by since your purchase.

To request a return, you need to send a reclamation letter to hello@teck-wrap.com.au Your letter should contain a detailed explanation of a problem, photos/videos, and LOT number.

In case of reclamation approval, we provide a full refund or change the product (shipping expenses are covered) 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. 

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
